Wasof Alkhuwaylidi is one of the most famous Libyan actors both domestically and abroad. He has won many international awards. He graduated with a high diploma in arts technology in the field of (screenplay and directing). He has a career in cinema, television and theater spanning two decades. He was born in the city of Tripoli, the capital of Libya . He played various roles in many Libyan and Arab works, most notably the Al-Amara series in 2001, the Every Day Story series in 2005, the Libyayat series in 2010, and the Libyayat Free series in 2012, where he won the Septimus Award as best actor, the Phobia series in 2013, the Dragenov series in 2014, and the movie Bashir.
